I am convinced that we are aware of only, maybe 5 to 10 percent of our thoughts.  The rest is hidden within our subconscious mind - out of our awareness.  Yet, it is my observation and my experience that all of our thoughts and beliefs, both conscious and subconscious, determine our perceptions of life.  Through these thoughts and beliefs we attract people and situations into our lives constantly.  Most of us just don’t realize or understand that everything we experience is directly related to our programming from life from the time we are born.

Manipulation and movement of different types of negative (or dark) energies and spirits that affect someone’s energetic and physical body are called Psychic Manipulations. Some people call it Psychic Attacks.  I tend to think the word “attack” is too strong as I choose not to give this manipulation too much power. However, psychic manipulation is a supernatural energy and force.  They occur when negative energetic vibrations are sent from one person to another person or place creating a disturbance in the energetic and physical body of the person or place.

A lot of people believe that aSoul Mateor aTwin Flameis just one person "out there" for you that is destined to be with you for a lifetime.  For those who know me know that I don't believe in this theory.  I used to, but I've learned and grown through my wonderful and not-so-wonderful relationships over the years and this is what I know: As cold as this may sound for some of you, the reality is that some people are meant to be in your lives for a lifetime and some for "a season.

I used to ask this question, "Are guides and Angels real?"  Of course I always had the connection with my guides but, like anyone else, I questioned if they werereal.

I recall someone once wrote, "Does your father love you?  If the answer is yes, very much - then prove it."  Sometimes the proof of the intangible is in the actions and energy around you.  This is the case with awe-inspiring LOVE.  When we fall in love with another human being we can cut the energy with a knife!

In the spirit of Valentine's Day coming up, most people have love and relationships on their minds more than ever.  So, I wanted to address one of the most asked questions I get from clients: What is the difference between a Soul Mate and a Twin Flame? 

I have had many conversations with Spirit on this subject and I have learned that there are some similarities as well as differences between the two that I would like to clear up here.  Soul Mates and Twin Flames represent different energies.

Have you ever been in crisis mode and spoken to more than one psychic about the same issue only to get conflicting information?  Believe me when I say that I’ve seen this happen time and time again.  When people ask me why this happens, I say, “Don’t give up your power to a psychic...or anyone else!”  That’s not to say that going to a psychic is a bad thing...it’s actually good.  When you speak with an ethical psychic, their intention is always to provide you with the best possible service and advice by bringing information to the fore that is meant for your highest good at the time.

I often meet new people who are reticent to talk to me if they know i'm a psychic.  Usually it's because they are afraid that if they connect with me, in some way, that I will be "reading" them.  I'm here to tell you we, meaning ME, and most psychics that I know, are not "reading" you and seeing your deep dark secrets when we are in your presence.  We are not mind readers.  However, I will tell you we are sensing you just like you would sense anyone who comes in contact with you.

Ever been around someone, leave their presence, only to feel a heaviness, drained, or even depressed?  Or, maybe you have walked into a house and immediately feel the desire to leave.  You are not alone!  You are feeling the negative vibrations of that person, place, or thing.  If you are an empath, you will feel these effects stronger than most but you don't have to live that way.  We are susceptible to people's negative energy all the time and you don't have to live like a recluse to avoid it.
