 I've been a student of energy and its connection with relationships since I can remember being on this planet but never was I aware of this until just a few years ago. What I have learned, through personal experiences as well as through my interaction with hundreds of clients, friends, and acquaintances within my sphere, is that all of life is about energy. Everything is alive, on this earth, and everything exudes an auric field around and in it. The brightness of this auric field is connected to the energy this person or thing is putting out into the world. |

 It’s amazing how many readings I do for people who are in relationships and there is some kind of conflict. That’s why many people call me. Relationships always come with some kind of compromise but staying true to yourself is something no one should have to sacrifice, within a relationship, if the core of the relationship is that of unconditional love and mutual respect of who we are individually and together. So, for those clients I would like to share what I’ve learned about staying true to yourself. |

 I am convinced that we are aware of only, maybe 5 to 10 percent of our thoughts. The rest is hidden within our subconscious mind - out of our awareness. Yet, it is my observation and my experience that all of our thoughts and beliefs, both conscious and subconscious, determine our perceptions of life. Through these thoughts and beliefs we attract people and situations into our lives constantly. Most of us just don’t realize or understand that everything we experience is directly related to our programming from life from the time we are born. |

 A lot of people believe that a Soul Mateor a Twin Flameis just one person "out there" for you that is destined to be with you for a lifetime. For those who know me know that I don't believe in this theory. I used to, but I've learned and grown through my wonderful and not-so-wonderful relationships over the years and this is what I know: As cold as this may sound for some of you, the reality is that some people are meant to be in your lives for a lifetime and some for "a season. |

 In the spirit of Valentine's Day coming up, most people have love and relationships on their minds more than ever. So, I wanted to address one of the most asked questions I get from clients: What is the difference between a Soul Mate and a Twin Flame?
I have had many conversations with Spirit on this subject and I have learned that there are some similarities as well as differences between the two that I would like to clear up here. Soul Mates and Twin Flames represent different energies. |
